So pleased with our LVT flooring from Jim’s carpets - it’s exactly what we wanted for our new space. Having compared a few places, the price was really reasonable and the service was brilliant. We were on a deadline as we are expecting a baby and they managed to move the fitting forward a week to give us a bit more time. Big thank you to Simon from Jim’s and Wayne the fitter - they were both excellent, would absolutely recommend.

I needed a floor for my daughters new wheelchair adapted property. Simon helped me chose the best floor for her, there is a wide range of flooring at very reasonable prices. The floor was measured and filled within two weeks. The fitter has done a fabulous job I am delighted with the service I received.

Excellent service from start to finish. The installation was done in the most professional way by Wayne and his colleague. Simon was vert attentive to our needs and patient with our back and forth questions and handle everything very professionally. Very much recommended.

From start to finish I was impressed with Jim's carpets. Even when I emailed some questions the next day Simon responded promptly. The fitters were excellent too, from making contact the day before and being very efficient throughout.

Simon at Jim’s carpets was friendly, helpful and advised me to choose my carpet for my hallway. I was kept up to date on delivery and fitting times. I can recommend Jim’s carpets wholeheartedly.

We have used Jim's carpets in the past, and have always been pleased with their recommendations and Service, deliveries and installation. We spoke to Simon, who was able to tell us which carpet we had previously for us to match for bedroom redecoration. They came really quickly to check the measurements and were able to install within 2 weeks of our first visit. The fitters were very efficient, clean and did an excellent job.

Simon at Jim's carpets is very knowledgeable and provided helpful advice to make our selection of bedroom flooring. The sales process is straight-forward and not at all pushy. The flooring was delivered and fitted when advised. A special shout out to the fitters, who went the extra mile changing the beading at the last minute.

From the moment I contact Simon to discuss my requirements amidst our big and stressful renovation project, he put me totally at ease. His advice and recommendations were spot on and he took time to talk me through each process. Every thing was clear, well prepared and booked in in advance. We had a stair and hallway carpet fitted over 3 floors and LVT fitted in 2 rooms. Huge thanks to Ian, Wayne and Nigel, our fitters who were all so professional and absolute experts. We are over the moon with the service from start to finish and will be using Jim's Carpets when the next phase of our renovation begins. Thank you!!

Simon was very helpful when visiting the shop in kirkstall not pushy answered our questions to what we wanted . Good price for what we wanted and the added bonus of interest free for 10 months Fitters did a good job considering our house is a cottage so was difficult to get carpets up the stairs just waiting till house is finished to do downstairs

Great service and a massive range of carpets and flooring.

Recently bought carpets for stairs/landing/loft. We are really happy with them and found the customer service to be excellent. Sharon was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I found the choice daunting but she talked us through the options and we were able to take sample books home. We changed our mind after ordering and our amendments were accommodated with no fuss. This is the second time we have used Jim’s and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Dont buy they sell SECONDS, take your money up front and then zero after sales/customer service....... 2 out of the 4 carpets have large faults on them - . even there own carpet specialist said they should never have been fitted as the faults are clearly visible. The fitters damaged the skirting of my newly fitted wardrobe and chipped the paintwork in my hall and bedroom. There are also gripper scratches on the walls. They offered to replace 2 carpets but with 50% being faulty and the damage i asked for a refund. At this point i was told i was after FREE carpets by the manager!!!!!. My husband has been dealing with him for the last 12 months - yes 12 months, promise of call backs and excuses. We paid 2k in total and they finally refunded a pittance of £138. Avoid avoid avoid

We had carpets fitted in 3 bedrooms, landing, hallway and a runner for the stairs. We are really pleased with the result. Ian, the carpet fitter,was brilliant and really knew his trade. He advised us on what he thought would be the best finish for our stair runner and we were not disappointed. We love it - thank you!

Great service from Jim’s carpets and Robert the new manager was a great help. Prices were very good. Delivery and fitting service could not of been any better. Would definitely recommend.
